About us
Initially formed in Auckland, we have provided Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Project Management and Building Consultancy services since 1953.
With a long history in New Zealand, Australia and across the Pacific Islands our services have supported the successful delivery of an extensive range of projects.<br>
In 2020 we sadly lost our Director and mentor, the late Kenneth McNamara. Serving over 45 years in the company, Ken’s experience and professionalism set the foundation of our quality services.
Ken’s legacy lives on today through stepson Paul, having taken the helm and bringing a new and diverse skillset to the company.
Following a career in the New Zealand Defence Force, Paul has worked in the building and construction industry for 18 years.
Starting as an apprentice builder, gaining qualifications in Carpentry, Quantity Surveying, and business Paul progressed from building on-site to holding many Senior Management and Leadership positions across both Commercial and Residential Sectors.
If it’s numbers, process, or advice, Paul has the practical and technical skills to help with your project.
